I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in the state of Colorado with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver.
We will tune into your inner wisdom—the warm, safe, grounded place within each of us that provides clarity and self-leadership.
You might not think you have such a place within, but I believe you do.
We can seek it together.

We will work within your worldview and cultural context, even when there are identities and lived experiences that you and I don’t have in common. We will explore how societal privilege and oppression inevitably shape mental health.
Therapy is an adventure.
